The Perdido Bay Water, Sewer and Fire Protection District is a non-profit water utility providing water services for the Lillian, Perdido Beach, Josephine and Un-incorporated areas of Elberta, in Beautiful Baldwin County Alabama.
This web-page has been provided as an informational tool for our customers, current and future. We have provided copies of our Service Rules and Regulations, Application for service, Application for Auto Draft, Links to State and Local interests that are associated to the Water District. In addition we have added Links for On-line payment of water bills and suggestions.
