Payment can be made on this website using a Visa, MasterCard, or personal check. You must have your bill available to enter your account number.

Phone
Payment can be made over the phone using a Visa or MasterCard. You will need to contact the office at (251) 987-5816 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. You will need to have your bill and credit card available.

Bank Draft
Automatic bank drafting is a convenient way of paying your bill each month, at no cost to you. You will need to call (251) 987-5816 for information on setting up the automatic bank draft or download the form here.

Drop Box
Payment by check/money order can be placed in our after-hours night deposit located on the west side of our Billing Office located at 28171 Freshwater Lane. Payments placed in the drop box are collected and credited to your account the following business day.

Mail
Payments can be mailed to 28171 Freshwater Lane, Elberta, Alabama 36530-4343.

In-Person
Stop by our Billing Office and our friendly, courteous staff will be happy to assist you. A bill is helpful but not required.
