Refund Policy |

| In the event of a customer overpayment, the Perdido Bay Water District will apply the amount overpaid as a credit to offset the balance owed on the customer's next monthly billing. If a customer has overpaid and no subsequent bill is forthcoming due to a discontinuation of service, then the amount of the credit will be refunded to the customer via check mailed to the customer's last known address on file. All credits and refunds of overpayments are subject to approval by the Office Manager.
